Questions

Google blocklist status questions.

Something else? support@scandefend.com

How do I know if Google has blacklisted my website?

Visitors using Chrome, Safari or Firefox see a full-page warning instead of your site, and Search Console shows a Security issues report. A Quick Scan checks your homepage address against Google's malware and phishing lists and tells you in plain words.

How do I get my site off Google's list?

Remove what caused the listing, update and secure the site, then request a review in Google Search Console. The lists can take hours or days to catch up after a clean-up.

Is a site that isn't listed definitely clean?

Not listed means Google hasn't flagged it. That's why the check also looks at the homepage itself for hidden links, hidden frames and disguised scripts.

Do you check other blocklists?

A Quick Scan checks Google's malware and phishing lists, the ones most browsers use to show warnings.
