No. Credits are a one-off purchase with no auto-renewal. Buy a pack when you need one; credits last 12 months.

The full Quick Scan, 11 areas: HTTPS and redirects, a full encryption (TLS) test, security headers, email security (SPF, DMARC, DKIM), outdated software and plugins, known vulnerabilities, cookie security, Google blocklist, exposed keys, DNS health and, for verified sites, exposed files. Every pack gets the same checks. Packs only change how many websites.

Yes. Credits you haven't used can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase. The credit comes back to your account automatically if your scan can't run because of something on our side, or if half or fewer of its checks run. If your website blocks us but most checks ran, you keep your results and get one free re-check of the website checks, once, within 30 days of the scan, with a verified email address, after you've allowed ScanDefend. If most checks ran, you keep your results and get one free re-check of the website checks, once, within 30 days of the scan, with a verified email address, after you've allowed ScanDefend. One credit is one Quick Scan of one website. Credits come in three packs, plus applicable tax: 1 for $8, 5 for $18 ($3.60 a check) and 20 for $59 ($2.95 a check, for agencies). We pick the cheapest packs that cover your order; leftover credits stay in your wallet for 12 months.

The price shown is before tax. Checkout (handled by Stripe) adds the tax that applies in your location and shows the final total before you pay.

ScanDefend is run by IronSky Limited, a company registered in Ireland (number 659967). Your credit purchase is sold and processed by Stripe through Link, as merchant of record: Stripe charges any tax, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles payment questions. We never see or store your card details.

An order covers up to 20 websites at a time. Place another order for more, or write to support@scandefend.com if you check sites in bulk — we'd like to hear what you need.
